Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with high-speed internet near Indianapolis Motor Speedway! Home has large fenced in backyard, with a basketball court, patio table, picnic table, and fire pit. Our home has an eat-in kitchen with dishes and all new appliances. Home has designated desk area for school/work. This home is located within a couple miles of Avon, Brownsburg, hospitals, and lots of restaurants and bars. I-465 is within mile of house for easy access to airport and downtown Indy.
This house is an oldie but goodie, in an older community. The home has had lots of updates recently, but I definitely plan to do more in the future.
I would suggest Uber /Lyft or city bus (INDYGO). The whole house is accessible except for the garage.
I am located out of state, feel free to call, text or email whenever you may need anything. I have a property manager local as well.
